  • Orders are usually completed and shipped in 10-15 business days. However, this time frame may vary based on order quantity, weather conditions, and product availability.
  • Bravo! Invitations will use e-mail as an important resource to achieve customer satisfaction. Customers will be e-mailed with a proof of their personalized order, such as invitations orders, and they will be asked to reply to that e-mail with any feedback, corrections, additional information and changes to be done before they can be printed, or in the best of the cases, to express their consent for the whole order to be printed. No personalized order will be fulfilled without that e-mail reply and that might affect its completion time frame.
  • All wording changes must be done either within 48 hours of submitting the order or at the time of replying to the e-mail mentioned above. Once we receive the e-mail reply, we will be able to proceed fulfilling your personalized order. For the same reason, Bravo! Invitations will not be responsible for any changes or corrections to be reflected in the final order if those changes or corrections are provided afterwards. Additional charges will be applied, based on the order status, for the final order to reflect those changes and corrections.
  • Bravo! Invites will not be liable for any errors reflected on personalized orders that were not notified by the customer previously on the proof reply e-mail.
  • Orders can only be cancelled within 48 hours of submitting it for a full refund. A partial refund or credit will still be available if orders are cancelled after the 48 hour period as long as they have not been fulfilled or printed. No refunds or credit will be available for order that are being printed, fulfilled or shipped.

  • Defective, incomplete or wrong item orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery date for a refund, credit or exchange. No issues of that nature will be considered if reported afterwards.
  • At this point and time, we gladly accept Visa and Mastercard paymentss through our Paypal service.
  • All Utah customers are subject to sales taxes

about shipping • • •

  • Orders are usually shipped within 7-10 business days of submission. Some orders might be shipped sooner while other might take a little longer due to weather conditions, product availability, or to the process involved in the personalization of the product.
  • Bravo! Invitations will ship all order through FedEx, UPS or USPS. Standard and express deliveries are available and although the latest mentioned will expedite the delivery process, it will not affect the time taken for the order to be processed within our company.
  • Shipping and Handling fees will be added to every order. Shipping and Handling (S&H) fees are estimated amounts based on the quantity and/or weight of the order. Bravo! Invitations does not make any profit out S&H fees.
  • Order will not be able to be shipped to P.O. boxes. Customer must provide a physical return address for their orders to be shipped.
  • Shipping will be available from Monday through Friday. Shipping will not be available on weekends or national holidays such as Easter, Independences Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas and New Year.
  • Bravo! Invitations will only be able to ship to all states in the Unites States of America. International shipping is not available.

  • Personal and financial information will be requested only for billing or for personalized purposes only.
  • Bravo! Invitations will not store credit card information.
