Bravo! Invitations will gladly accept Visa and Mastercard.
Order Quantities
Before submitting your order, please make sure your order quantities are more than enough, to avoid any additional charges for ordering more in the future. Please take in consideration that each order is considered as brand new, and as such, basic prices will be applied.
Order Pricing
Bravoinvites.com reserves the right to change or update its prices at any time.
Shipping Restrictions
Orders can only be shipped from Monday through Friday. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or national holidays.
Orders will not be shipped to P.O boxes. When submitting your order, please provide us with a permanent physical address.
Orders cannot be shipped abroad the US.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only within 48 hours of submitting them online for a full refund. If, for any reason, an order needs to be cancelled after 48 hours but before the printing process, customers will be refunded the total amount of what it was paid minus a setup fee of $30 US dollars and mailed hard-copy proofs of $15 US dollars, where applicable. Orders that are being printed, already printed, or shipped, will not be refunded. No exceptions, please.
To cancel your order, please email us to bravoinvites@yahoo.com. Please include your name, reference number, telephone number and the reason you are cancelling your order. A reply will be sent to you with the acceptance of your cancellation request and further information regarding your refund. If we find any issues with your cancellation request, we will let you know about that as well in the same email.

Order Process
Once your invitation order is submitted, you should receive an email within 3 business days. This email will contain your invitation proof. Invitation proofs are copies of the invitation chosen with the actual information, fonts and colors choices you provided us with. Proofs are really helpful since it shows the actual invitation and how it is going to look. When you get this email, we encourage you to check it thoroughly for any misspelling and/or wrong information. You will be asked to provide us with your feedback with a reply to the same email for those to be corrected. Once we receive your reply, please allow 7-10 business days based on product availability to process and ship your order. An email will be sent with your order status.
For orders that won’t require printing or personalization you might not receive a proof email but we will keep you informed of your order status.
Order Status
All orders can take from 10-15 business days from the date of order to the day it is shipped. We will notify you through an email or by phone with any relevant information about your order, such as delays and shipping information.
In the event you didn’t get any order status from us for any reason, please email us at bravoinvites@yahoo.com and your concern will be answered within 24 hours.
Order Time Frame
Orders will usually be completed and shipped within 10-15 business days. However, this timeframe can change due to product availability or weather conditions. In either case, you will be notified with an email so you will be aware of your order status.

Changes and Corrections
For order accuracy and to avoid any unexpected delays, we encourage you to make sure all your information and choices are correct and final before submitting your order. If, for any reason, you need to make any changes to your order, please notify us with those changes at bravoinvites@yahoo.com within 48 hours of submitting your order. Please make sure to provide us with your name, a reference number (where applicable), and phone number. Depending on when those changes were submitted, some proof emails might not reflect those changes, however, it will be noted on that email and they will be reflected on the final product.
Bravo! Invitations will not be liable for any changes made or submitted after the proof period and charges will be applied for any changes or corrections after that period, depending on the order status.
Order Proofs
Order proofs will be emailed as an attachment file to your email address. If you need a hard copy mailed to you, you can request it at the time of submitting your order or by replying to your proof email.
Hard Copy Proofs require an additional $15 dollar fee and it will be added to your order total price. Please be aware that in the event a hard copy proof is requested, we will not process or print your invitations order until we get a feedback on your hard-copy-invitation proof. You can provide us with your feedback either by phone or by replying the email sent to you with your proof attachment.

Order Issues
Printed Orders: Printed orders where a printed error(s) has/have been found but has/have not been notified before being printed, will not be refunded, credited or reprinted. If you notice an error that you notified to us within the frame time specified and has not been corrected, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. In that event, your order will be refunded, credited or reprinted, based on a review and on a customer-business agreement.
Other Orders: Unprinted orders, such as accessories that are defective or incorrect can be refunded, credited or exchanged as long as they are reported within 48 hours of being delivered.
Please report your order issue by emailing us to bravoinvites@yahoo.com. Please provide us with your name, reference number, phone number and order issue. If you prefer, you can also call us at 801.244.4941. All order issues will be responded within 24 hours.
All orders are final and will not be credited, refunded, exchanged or reprinted unless they are in the conditions specified above. All order issues must be reported within 48 hours of being delivered in order to be considered.
